Remakes and adjustments

In short

Every fitted system is individual. The studio will inspect concerns about fit, colour or construction against the agreed specification before explaining whether an adjustment, repair or remake is appropriate. Final eligibility, time limits, exclusions and cost terms still require studio and legal approval.

What should you do if something feels wrong?

Contact the fitting studio promptly and avoid cutting, gluing or altering the system elsewhere before it is inspected. The team compares the concern with the agreed base, colour, density, size and fitting plan.

What may be adjusted?

Minor fit, cut or styling concerns may be adjustable. Construction faults, colour differences, shedding, damage and normal wear need separate assessment. No outcome is promised until the studio inspects the system.

Which terms are still to be confirmed?

The studio must confirm the reporting window, eligibility, exclusions, repair process, remake lead time, return requirements and any client cost. These terms will be added only after operational and legal review.

Legal review

This page is a plain-language placeholder and is not the final remake contract. The signed-off terms must be reviewed before publication and supplied to clients at or before purchase.
