Photo consent

Photo and video consent

In short

A consultation photo remains private. Before any image or video is published, the studio asks for separate written consent, records whether your face may be shown or blurred, and keeps that choice with the media. You may withdraw consent at any time.

When is consent requested?

Consultation photos are collected only to help a stylist assess your request. They remain private. If the studio later wants to use a photograph or video as a result, testimonial or social post, it asks for separate written publication consent first.

Can you choose how you appear?

Yes. You choose whether your face is shown, cropped or blurred. That choice is recorded with the image or video so future use follows the permission you gave.

Can consent be withdrawn?

Yes. Contact the studio at any time to withdraw consent. The studio will stop future use and remove material it controls, while explaining practical limits for copies already shared or indexed elsewhere.

How is the record stored?

The consent record stays linked to the media it covers. Consultation files remain in private storage and are not moved into a public results library without the separate publication record.
