What should you send first?
Send 3 clear daylight photos: one from the front, one from above and one of the crown. They help the stylist understand coverage and prepare useful questions, while remaining optional if you prefer to begin without images.
02 · Video call
What happens on the video consultation?
A stylist asks about your hair, routine, preferred style, budget and travel. You can compare likely bases and hear an indicative price, while final colour, measurements and attachment remain subject to the studio assessment.
03 · Kolkata fitting
Can an out-of-town client plan one visit?
We aim to organise one booked Kolkata visit for the final assessment, fitting, cut and blend when the suitable system is available. Travel should be booked only after the studio confirms the plan and appointment directly.
04 · Aftercare
How will servicing work after you travel home?
Before you leave, the stylist explains washing, brushing, attachment care and the likely 3–4-week service rhythm. We discuss whether return visits, a trusted local professional or another arrangement is realistic for your location.
Photo privacy
Who can see your consultation photos?
Only the stylists assessing your consultation can access the private files. They are not public results, marketing images or social posts. Separate written consent would be required before any client image could be published.
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for access or deletion through the studio’s confirmed contact channels. The proposed 90-day deletion period for consultations that do not proceed remains under legal and operational review. Read the privacy notice.

What do people ask before booking?
These are the practical questions we hear most often. Your own recommendation can still differ because coverage, base, routine and attachment are personal.
Which photos should I send?+
Take one clear photo each of the front, top and crown in daylight. Avoid filters, hats and strong backlighting. Photos are optional, but they help the stylist prepare useful options before the call.
Is the video consultation enough to order?+
It is useful for planning, but colour, density, measurements and scalp condition are best confirmed in person. We arrange the Kolkata visit so as much as possible happens in one booked appointment.
Are my photos public?+
No. Consultation photos are stored privately and shown only to the stylists assessing your request. They are never treated as client results or published without separate written consent.
When will I receive a reply?+
A stylist replies within working hours, usually much sooner. Exact studio hours are currently being confirmed, so the appointment itself is agreed directly.
What happens after the call?+
You receive a likely system direction, indicative price and a plan for the studio visit. The final choice and quote are confirmed after the in-person assessment.
How long are consultation photos kept?+
The proposed period for consultations that do not proceed is 90 days. This retention period and deletion process are awaiting final legal and operational confirmation.
