When you request a consultation, we collect your answers about your hair and preferences, your name, WhatsApp number, optional email, and any photos you choose to upload. We also keep your consent and how you reached our website.
Why we collect it
Our stylists use this information to advise you about a suitable hair system, arrange a consultation, and contact you about your request by WhatsApp or phone.
Who sees it
Only authorised studio staff who handle consultations can see your answers and photos. Photos are kept private and are not published as results without separate written consent.
Where it is stored
Your request and any photos are stored securely in our website’s private cloud storage. Photos are not accessible through public links.
How long we keep it
We plan to remove photos from consultations that do not go ahead after 90 days, subject to confirmation of our retention process. You can ask us to delete your consultation photos at any time. Please contact us about the retention of your other details.
Your choices and rights
To ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, contact our studio. We will respond to your request in line with applicable Indian law.
